2.3 CHG Catering reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will provide a full refund.
2.4 Cancellations or modifications must be made within the time frame specified during the booking process. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our cancellation policy.
3. Event and Catering Services
3.1 CHG Catering will deliver services as agreed upon in the order confirmation.
3.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate facilities are available for food service at their venue.
3.3 Allergens and dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
4. Liability and Indemnification
4.1 CHG Catering is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the consumption of our food or use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence.
4.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold CHG Catering harmless against any claims arising from the client’s event or misuse of our services.

5.1 All content, logos, and materials on our website and marketing materials are the property of CHG Catering and may not be used without permission.
5.2 Clients may not reproduce or redistribute our materials without explicit written consent.
